Change Your Brain at Any Age!

Exercising our brains on a daily basis is vital to brain health. Exercising the brain not only strengthens neural pathways but also builds new ones. Neural pathways are where our memories live. This building of neural connections is called neuroplasticity. Our brains have this amazing ability to modify connections and literally rewire themselves. Challanging our brains on a daily basis will help reduce the likelihood of developing dementia and in some cases slow down the progression of the disease.
